About the Role

Hudson Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communications and Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and change efforts of a large-scale workforce program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage internal stakeholders and promote organisational change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Identify, segment, and tailor communication plans to address the specific needs and concerns of key stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage and support the creation of targeted organisation-wide change management approaches and plans to ensure change activities are identified, scheduled, and managed.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Develop and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communication materials, such as presentations, emails, formal briefing notes, slide decks, web content, and other collateral to inform stakeholders about program and project change impacts, business readiness activities, progress, and updates.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders by responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and addressing issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Foundation in Communications: Proven experience in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage internal stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to identify, segment, and tailor communication plans to address the specific needs and concerns of key stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience in managing and supporting the creation of targeted organisation-wide change management approaches and plans.
  • Content Creation: Ability to develop and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communication materials.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
