Communication and Content Development:

  • Produce communication materials for high-profile interactions with internal stakeholders.
  • Formulate comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Create tailored Stakeholder Engagement Plans.
  • Assess communication requirements and channels at the program and project levels.
  • Craft and develop effective communication messages and materials.
  • Advise on emerging communication challenges and risks.
  • Handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Generate clear, engaging communication documents, including presentations, formal notes, web content, and other materials to keep stakeholders informed about program changes and updates.
  • Oversee the timely distribution of communication materials through suitable channels.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Assist in identifying and categorizing key stakeholders, customizing communication plans to meet their specific needs.

Change Management:

  • Guide the development of targeted change management strategies to ensure all change activities are effectively planned and executed.
  • Provide expert advice on the assessment, documentation, and implementation of change management methodologies, including risk evaluation and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships while implementing necessary methodologies for stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create essential change management documentation and presentations to support and sustain change initiatives.
  • Manage and align stakeholder expectations across various levels of seniority.
