Key Responsibilities:

Communication Strategy and Content Development:

  • Produce communication materials for significant interactions with internal stakeholders.
  • Formulate comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Craft tailored Stakeholder Engagement Plans.
  • Assess communication requirements and preferred channels at the program and project levels.
  • Design and create impactful communication messages and materials.
  • Advise on emerging communication challenges and potential risks.
  • Handle multiple assignments with competing deadlines effectively.
  • Develop clear, engaging communication assets, including presentations, formal notes, and web content to keep stakeholders informed about program developments and changes.
  • Oversee the timely distribution of communication materials through suitable channels.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Assist in identifying key stakeholders and customize communication strategies to meet their unique needs.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders by addressing inquiries and gathering feedback.

Change Management Expertise:

  • Lead the development of organization-wide change management strategies to ensure effective identification and scheduling of change activities.
  • Provide expert guidance on the assessment, documentation, and execution of recognized change management methodologies, including risk and issue management.
  • Establish and nurture relationships while implementing necessary methodologies for stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
  • Collaborate with key business and program stakeholders to create essential change management documentation and presentations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across various levels of seniority.
