We are seeking a seasoned coordinator to join our night operations team.

About the Role:
  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for effectively allocating and coordinating freight and equipment, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer expectations.
  • Key duties include planning and building loads in line with customer needs, as well as monitoring compliance with regulations related to fatigue, mass, and maintenance requirements.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, conducting site audits, and facilitating the retrieval and imaging of proof of delivery documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate freight and deliveries for drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Plan and build loads in accordance with customer specifications and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective equipment and resource allocation strategies to optimize operations.
  • Process and reconcile freight bills accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve streamlined operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to inform business decisions.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulations related to fatigue, mass, and maintenance is essential.
  • A strong understanding of chain of responsibility principles is required.
  • Possess professional presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
