Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the movement of freight from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • To verify and process customs paperwork, including commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
  • To troubleshoot issues related to missing or delayed freight, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve discrepancies.
  • To maintain accurate records of freight movements, including tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Attention to Detail: The ability to accurately verify and process customs paperwork, identifying any errors or discrepancies.
  • Data Entry Experience: Proficiency in data entry systems, with the ability to quickly and accurately enter information into computer systems.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues related to missing or delayed freight.
