Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Logistics Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role involves ensuring the seamless, efficient, and compliant movement of goods across our global network.

About the Role

This role is responsible for planning and managing global inbound and outbound shipments from factories and 3PLs. You will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and bring a proactive approach to managing complex international logistics.

  • Plan and manage global inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Organise weekly freight consolidations and prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance.
  • Manage consignments of finished goods, updating stakeholders and coordinating with freight forwarders.
  • Oversee import/export documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Coordinate global shipments from suppliers in various countries.
  • Track weekly exports from 3PLs to key global markets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years' experience in international logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination (retail/fashion industry preferred).
  • A strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
