Lead Architect Position

Join a distinguished team of architects and designers as we embark on high-profile projects that redefine the urban landscape. With an immediate start, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals.

  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and participate in client and consultant meetings;
  • Build and maintain Revit models and supporting documentation across project stages;
  • Research products, materials, and detail solutions to support the design team;
  • Assist senior team members during site inspections and construction phases;
  • Coordinate with consultants and contribute to internal project reviews;
  • Support the delivery of feasibility studies, DA, tender, and construction documentation;
  • Maintain accurate and organised project files;
  • Contribute to quality assurance and studio culture;
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • 3-5 years' experience designing and delivering multi-residential buildings in NSW;
  • Master's degree in architecture;
  • Proficient in Revit with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a studio environment;
  • Strong documentation skills across all phases;
  • Sound understanding of NCC, local council planning controls, and relevant codes;
  • Knowledge of construction detailing and materials specific to Australian residential design;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency;
  • Experience with 3D visualisation and presentation tools is desirable but not essential;
