Key Infrastructure Project Manager Role

Job Overview:

This senior-level project management position involves overseeing multiple works packages with a combined value of over $75 million. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of key projects by working closely with the Principal's Project Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Contract Administration: You will assist in the procurement of consultants and contractors, ensuring smooth contract administration processes and effective cost forecasting.
  • Project Coordination and Design Review: Your role will involve coordinating and managing design review processes, as well as facilitating interface management across multiple works packages.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: You will prepare and contribute to monthly reporting and compliance documents, while engaging effectively with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and government bodies.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need to possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field is essential, along with 5-15+ years' experience in a similar position.
