  • Provide guidance and mentorship for the team;
  • Champion continual professional development and develop junior engineers;

Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering key technical expertise on large or complex projects within the Property & Buildings sector;
  • Well-versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector;
  • Technical expertise in structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;
  • Typically 12 to 15+ years' industry experience;
  • Strong client-facing, business development, and relationship-building skills;
