Geoscience Australia is seeking to fill two key Director positions: Director, HR Strategy, and Director, Finance and Facilities.

As Director of HR Strategy, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and the Corporate Division Executive to shape and lead the HR Strategy Section, delivering initiatives that enhance the employee experience and ensure we continue to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce.

The Director, Finance and Facilities plays a key leadership and strategic advisor role to the Chief Finance Officer and the Executive of Geoscience Australia and has responsibility for financial and facilities management in the entity. The role will help drive change and provide leadership for the implementation of recommendations from our Financial Sustainability Review. It will also support the implementation of Geoscience Australia's strategic objectives and values with a specific focus on the effective development and implementation of financial control frameworks and strategy.
