About Us
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team in Business Banking and Wealth Management. As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
You will work closely with specialist marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute multiple owned, earned, and paid marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian business banking and wealth management landscapes, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience in financial services marketing or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of the Australian business banking and wealth management landscapes
- Ability to deliver multiple initiatives in an agile environment
- Experience working on platforms such as Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Salesforce, Adobe
- Up to 5 additional service bonus leave days per year
