We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Leader to join our team and drive the delivery of Business Bank and Wealth businesses marketing activity.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to work closely with specialist marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop impactful marketing programs that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute and manage multiple owned, earned and paid marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with central teams to conceptualize and brief creative teams, ensuring campaign success.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement and implement actionable optimizations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services marketing or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of the Australian Business Banking and Wealth Management landscapes.
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Atlassian, Salesforce, Adobe and more.
- Track record of collaborating closely with sales and business development teams to achieve measurable results.
