Business Banking and Wealth Management Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Banking and Financial Services team. This is a key opportunity to play a leading role in delivering business bank and wealth businesses marketing activity, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful programs that deliver measurable results.

As a Business Banking and Wealth Management Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with specialist marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop effective strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing concepts and briefing central teams (including creative, comms, web, content and sales teams)
  • Leading campaign reporting and analysis to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Working closely with sales and business development teams to achieve measurable results
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

In addition to your marketing expertise, you will also need:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services marketing or a similar industry
  • A strong understanding of the Australian Business Banking and Wealth Management landscapes, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
  • Experience adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
