Associate Marketing Manager – Business Banking and Wealth Management

What role will you play?You will collaborate with specialist marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that produce measurable results. Your responsibilities include managing multiple marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, developing concepts, briefing central teams (creative, communications, web, content, sales), and reporting on campaign performance.
You will oversee ongoing activities, execute strategic initiatives, and utilize data and analytics to monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
What you offer- At least 3 years of experience in financial services marketing or a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives across various channels in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the Australian Business Banking and Wealth Management sectors, with the capacity to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
- Experience complying with regulatory and compliance standards, maintaining high integrity and professionalism.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and platforms such as Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Salesforce, Adobe is highly desirable.
- A history of collaborating closely with sales and business development teams to achieve measurable results.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
