Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned facilities management expert to lead our maintenance and upkeep initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Direct and supervise various facilities teams, including electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services, and approved contractor works.
  • Ensure all common area cleaning and repairs are conducted in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members effectively.
  • Expertise in implementing preventative maintenance programs and optimizing facility operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with impeccable presentation and customer service abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel spreadsheets and word documents.
