Retail Consultant

RACV is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Outlet team in Geelong, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
You will be the first point of contact for new and existing members, assisting with inquiries and sales of various insurance products, including Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance, and Travel Insurance. Additionally, you will work closely with our Memberline Contact Centre to handle inbound calls and provide support to our members.
About You:We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is highly regarded, but not essential.
You will be self-driven and motivated to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing a positive member experience. Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are also essential.
