Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our transport operations, you will play a vital role in delivering timely and efficient customer support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, carrier partners, and customers. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.

You will also be responsible for supporting day-to-day transport operations, including influencing key relationships with carrier partners and managing exceptions for customers.

In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will work closely with the transport team to ensure seamless execution of transport plans and resolve any operational issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, carrier partners, and customers
  • Support day-to-day transport operations, including influencing key relationships with carrier partners and managing exceptions for customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate concerns as needed
  • Work closely with the transport team to ensure seamless execution of transport plans
