Strategic Project Pursuit Manager

A Strategic Project Pursuit Manager is required to drive the Proposals & Estimation efforts on key sales opportunities for existing customers and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead P&E efforts on key sales opportunities from bid-no bid approval until order is booked.
- Identify team members who would work on the opportunity.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders/General Managers to assess the opportunity and create a bidding strategy.
- Assign tasks to team members and review their assignments.
- Coordinate follow-up calls and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Review, challenge, and approve final estimate packages for accuracy and completeness.
- Support Project Teams to develop project delivery plans, including labor histograms and project schedules.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy, and presentation meetings.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Minimum five years of strategic project management or proposal development experience.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of project management methodology.
- Comprehensive understanding of the proposal management process and best practices.
- Technical skills in project planning and execution.
