Pursuit Coordinator

As a key enabler in our pursuit of strategic bids, you'll be instrumental in bringing together project teams and stakeholders to deliver compelling tender responses. You'll play a crucial role in aligning teams around client needs, bid strategies, and win themes.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical minds and develop messages that resonate with clients. Excellent communication skills are essential for shaping content and pushing for clarity in your work.
You'll have the opportunity to drive smarter ways of working across our pursuit activity and support others in building plain English proposals. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of tools and templates that enable consistent, high-quality submissions.
In this role, you'll be empowered to influence our approach to strategic proposals and guide teams through best-practice work-winning approaches. You'll also have the chance to coach and support others in writing, pitching, and storytelling that connects with our clients' interests.
About YouTo excel in this position, you'll need experience in managing bids, working closely with senior stakeholders, and aligning teams around a shared message and approach. Strong attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to lead processes that facilitate effective collaboration under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital, enabling you to navigate complex client requirements while creatively shaping win themes and differentiators. A background in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or property would be beneficial, but not required.
