We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to support the delivery of exceptional customer service in our busy venue. As a key member of our team, you will supervise and mentor a team of staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver world-class service, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will have a proven track record of supervising teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of staff to achieve high performance standards;\
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of food and beverages;\
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency;\
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives;\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required;\

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need;

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;\
  • Proven track record of supervising teams and achieving high performance standards;\
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;\
  • Knowledge of food and beverages and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety;\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;\
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.\
