**The Role of Food & Beverage Supervisor**
- Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and motivating the Event Operations team.
- You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
- Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.

**Setting you up for Success**
- 1-2 years experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role is highly regarded.
- Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
- Team Development is a strong focus of this role
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
