Job Title: Team Lead for Food and Beverage Services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards every day.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably within a hotel setting, with excellent leadership skills and a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead breakfast service operations, maintaining high-quality standards daily.
  • Liaise with the Front Office team to resolve guest needs and issues related to breakfast services.
  • Deliver efficient, attentive service, focusing on warm interactions with guests.
  • Manage ordering and stock control for breakfast-related supplies.
  • Complete accurate daily reports and reconciliations for breakfast service.
  • Maintain and operate espresso machine equipment, including grinder calibration.
  • Oversee presentation and replenishment of guest amenities during breakfast service.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage roles, preferably within a hotel setting.
  • Current RSA certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience with POS systems like Infrasys Cloud is highly regarded.
  • Basic knowledge of PMS systems such as Opera Cloud is an asset.
  • Strong focus on guest service, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to lead by example during service.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
