About the Position:

A Food and Beverage Team Leader is needed to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a hotel, café, or casual dining venue.

  • Previous experience in a leadership position is required.
  • The ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the F&B team on the floor during service, setting the tone for genuine, unscripted guest experiences.
  • Run shifts with energy, clarity, and care, guiding and supporting staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Demonstrate full menu and beverage knowledge, helping guests with descriptions and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of service recovery using the LEAST model and close the loop on any guest concerns.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless and connected experience.
  • Support the delivery of small group events and activations in The Gathering Place.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of inclusion, fun, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion sustainability practices and waste reduction in day-to-day operations.
