Food and Beverage Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage professional to lead our operations as a Storehouse Food and Beverage Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of F&B delivery, managing the F&B team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Servicing as a leader in food and beverage operations and processes to ensure smooth delivery
  • Managing the food and beverage team to provide efficient and courteous service
  • Developing staff skills and delivering outstanding customer experiences through coaching and training
  • Maintaining high standards of food and beverage service through ongoing monitoring and improvement initiatives
  • Providing support to achieve revenue maximization goals

Main Responsibilities:

As a Food and Beverage Professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and setting high standards for the food and beverage team
  • Cultivating staff skills and knowledge through coaching and training
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any customer complaints
  • Supporting achievement of revenue maximization goals
  • Acting as a deputy manager when required
">

Requirements:

">
  • At least 1 year experience in a food and beverage leadership role in a hotel, restaurant, or venue
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Desirable creative experience in "bar activations"
  • Strong leadership abilities to support team development and coaching
  • A strong floor presence with a "hands on" customer service focus
  • Holding current NSW RSA certification
  • A valid Food Handlers Certificate and a First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Proficient use of POS systems and MS Office
