  • Partnering with clients to support their talent needs
  • Proactively networking and sourcing quality candidates
  • Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles
  • Conducting video interviews and presenting decision-ready candidates
  • Generating contract starters in CRM
  • Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance
  • Assisting business development managers with lead generation and market insights
