Job Overview

Drive Sales Growth as a key leader in our digital sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage online and call centre sales teams to exceed revenue and conversion targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pipeline management processes, and performance benchmarks that drive bottom-line results.
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise team outcomes.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier sales talent to build a high-performing team culture.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment where sales consultants can grow into leadership roles.
  • Oversight of CRM systems, including sales process automation, pipeline optimisation, and dashboard reporting.
  • Streamline day-to-day workflows across digital sales channels for speed, accuracy, and seamless customer journeys.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying new sales opportunities and recommending scalable solutions.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience managing mid-to-large sales teams in high-volume environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, improving conversion rates, and scaling sales operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems with strong automation, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong sales coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, sales performance analysis, and operational optimisation.
  • Background in recruitment, onboarding, and retention in sales-led organisations.
