Lead Sales Team to Drive Growth and Success

Job Overview:

We seek an exceptional leader for our Sales team who can develop innovative strategies, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, creating a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives that expand market presence, increase revenue, and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance the overall sales experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing successful sales teams in SaaS companies, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Hands-on leadership approach, demonstrated through direct involvement in sales activities and coaching of team members.
  • Strategic mindset, leveraging data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Value-based selling expertise and proficiency in methodologies like MEDDPICC discovery framework.
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with ability to independently overcome challenges and find creative solutions.
  • Effective communication across all levels of the organization, with robust verbal and written skills.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in building outbound pipelines at scale.
