Opportunity Details

We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist to become part of our Lismore Laboratory. Work hours will vary between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating weekend and on-call schedule as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in areas such as Haematology, Blood Bank, Biochemistry, or Haemostasis, along with familiarity with SRA, LIS, and WHS.

The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, capable of working independently or collaboratively, and committed to providing excellent patient care and customer service. A degree in medical laboratory science accredited by AIMS is essential.

The Lismore Laboratory promotes ongoing education through support for conference attendance and comprehensive in-house quality assurance programs, training, and educational initiatives.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $62,683 - $98,234 (commensurate with experience and qualifications) plus superannuation, along with the following permanent employee benefits:
