Job Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Social media account management and reporting for assigned social channels - create, plan and schedule engaging and creative social content that aligns with our tone of voice, attitude, personality and brand behavior in order to meet our objectives.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor, analyse and report on social media and influencer campaign performance and measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Develop and execute influencer content briefs and ensure that all content submitted adheres to social guidelines and best practices prior to posting.
  • Cross collaboration with broader marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Work with customer service to address social media inquiries, feedback, and crisis management.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Partnering with analytics and insights teams to refine targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborating on content creation and scheduling.
  • Contributing to regular reporting, sharing key learnings and trends with the team.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years experience working in Social Media.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
  • A creative mind, able to think of ideas that haven't been done before (for gifting, initiatives, events).
  • Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Strong communication, creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that drives value for our communities.
  • A collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
