The Role |

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Executive to join our passionate marketing team on a _maternity contract basis._ As the Social Media and Content Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies to elevate our brand across various social media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with the Creative Director and marketing team, you will drive engagement, awareness, and retention through compelling content and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute our annual social media content plan, ensuring alignment with brand values and vision.
- Utilise consumer trends analysis and keyword research to develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and more.
- Cultivate and manage influencer relationships to create lasting partnerships that amplify brand reach.
- Collaborate with the Content & SEO Manager to align content calendars and optimise content for social channels.
- Coordinate with freelancers and content providers to produce high-quality content in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimise content and creative across social channels for maximum impact.

The Skillset |
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain brand tone of voice and guidelines across all content.
- Experience in influencer relationship management and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on emerging social media trends and channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
