Content Creator - Social Media Specialist


Role Overview

This role involves creating engaging content for social media platforms to bring our brand voices to life. As a Content Creator - Social Media Specialist, you will craft and publish compelling proactive and reactive copy across multiple channels with a sharp editorial eye.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Write, edit and schedule content using tools like Sprinklr.
  • Champion brand tone and editorial standards across all social media outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, brand and marketing teams to develop new ideas.
  • Refine and evolve brand voice to resonate with distinct audience archetypes and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain social content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Support brief development and contribute to ideation on new content formats.
  • Review analytics to inform future content decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Digital Media.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content production.
  • Proven track record of writing and editing engaging content for social media.
  • Experience working with content publishing tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to assess performance.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Understanding of platform-specific behaviors and trends.
