The Environmental Maintenance Crew (EMC) Traineeship is a 2-year fixed-term apprenticeship programme leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
About the RoleThis traineeship combines paid work and training to gain a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations, with mentorship from trades and leaders in a positive, safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- A genuine interest and understanding of basic equipment pertaining to machinery operations
- Laboring and basic hand tool knowledge
- Capability to work flexible hours
- Completion of training targets
- Ability to work across different work groups
We look for individuals who focus on safety, have good written and verbal communication skills, and are motivated to learn and develop new skills while working constructively within a team.
