Business Portfolio Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and overseeing product portfolios for Fragrance brands. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of iconic and fast-growing brands.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of product assortment management, launch planning, forecasting, and product lifecycle management.
- Understanding market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify portfolio growth opportunities.
- Developing campaign marketing strategies with a focus on excellence.
- Monitoring brand performance metrics, sharing findings with senior leadership.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise brand marketing and category strategies.
- Accurately planning and tracking spend, meeting financial objectives.
- Maintaining brand identity through guidelines and standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Previous experience in product & portfolio management, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environments.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic thinking, ability to develop long-term product and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets with ROI delivery and achieving sales outcomes.
