Portfolio Management Coordinator

This role will support the Director Capital and Infrastructure in day-to-day business functions and project management of the Capital and Infrastructure portfolio.

The portfolio covers key functions including Major Capital/Capital projects, Property, Commercial and Retail, Organisational Space Management and Arts and Heritage.

The role is critical to coordinating reporting across the portfolio, tracking projects and key outputs/milestones. It will create and maintain open and transparent reporting processes and coordinate the forward capital plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive change that improves management and reporting processes within the portfolio
  • Create efficiencies and effectiveness in processes, including transparency and accuracy of reporting
  • Work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, coordinating inputs and proactively identifying opportunities to make process and system improvements
  • Manage specific portfolios in pursuit of excellence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Project Management Office, Management support or Business Support role
  • Strong IT skills, including establishment of systems and document repository management systems
  • Initiative management
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
