Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

The successful candidate will contribute to the planning and implementation of direct marketing campaigns across multiple segments, products, campaigns and channels that inspire initial and continued support of our work.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns using data insights and reporting to identify, develop, and/or strengthen fundraising offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that fundraising campaigns align to OAU strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Direct marketing experience with a strong analytical skillset and ability to use data insights and reporting to drive results.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support the needs of key stakeholders based on team priorities and capacity.
  • Project management skills with the ability to work independently and exercise initiative to keep key fundraising projects and initiatives on track.
  • Emotional intelligence and humility, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
