We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Specialist to support the development and delivery of donor relationships, engagement and income generation through High-Net-Worth-Individuals (HNWIs), Trusts and Foundations, Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs) and Public Ancillary funds (PuAFS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to engage and secure support from HNWIs, T&Fs, PAFs and PuAFS.
  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of philanthropic donors, including building strong relationships and delivering financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate fundraising initiatives and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.
  • Provide insights and analysis on philanthropic trends, donor motivations and aspirations, informing strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on HNW giving.
  • Strong understanding of the PAFs and T&F landscape.
  • Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
