Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for beauty and a talent for leadership? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and possess a deep understanding of luxury markets?

As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Sydney store. You will lead and inspire a team of talented Beauty Advisors, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and develop your team to reach their full potential, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Achieve personal and counter sales targets, exceeding KPIs and contributing to the brand's overall success. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximise sales and profitability
  • Oversee daily counter operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining impeccable standards
  • Provide expert beauty advice and consultations to clients, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and artistry
  • Partner with Retail and Education Managers to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in beauty management, preferably with a three-axis beauty brand (fragrance, skincare, and makeup)
  • A deep understanding of current trends and a passion for staying ahead of the curve
  • Demonstrated experience in retail, with a strong understanding of customer service excellence
  • Makeup certification or equivalent experience in professional makeovers
  • Proven ability to strategise, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
