Job Title: Beauty Product Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive our brand's success in the beauty industry. This is a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of products, launch new initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent leadership skills, and experience in product management. They will be responsible for delivering business growth, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of products across multiple categories
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and make recommendations to inform product development
  • Lead discussions with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the cosmetic industry
  • Previous experience in beauty or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of how products are distributed, launched, and marketed through end-to-end launch strategies
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Team management skills
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills
