Recreation Beauty is a clean-luxe fragrance brand based in Australia, dedicated to creating high-performance, multi-use products. Our range is powered by clean ingredients and infused with a fresh, modern aesthetic.

As we grow, we're looking for a creative, organised and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day marketing operations across digital and physical channels.

We're looking for a whizz bang marketing assistant to join our small team. You'll work closely with our founder to bring our brand to life. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is looking to grow their career in the beauty or lifestyle space. We're a small business and this is a great opportunity for the right person to jump knees deep into the role and grow with the company.

  • EDM Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and creating email marketing campaigns (EDMs), including writing copy, selecting imagery, and scheduling via our email platform (e.g., Klaviyo).
  • Social Content Creation: Own the end-to-end social content process — from concept ideation and planning, to filming short-form video content (e.g., Reels/TikToks), writing captions, and scheduling posts.
  • Digital Media: Assist with uploading/scheduling on Meta and Tik Tok
  • Product Launch Support: Assist with the coordination and execution of product launches, including photo shoots, asset organisation, internal timelines, and liaising with design and PR partners as needed.
  • Events & Sampling Initiatives: Support event planning and logistics, including pop-ups, brand activations and influencer seeding. Assist with managing samples and dispatching to press and content creators.
  • Website Updates: Regularly update website banners, product descriptions, and homepage content to align with current campaigns and promotions.
KEY SKILLS
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A creative eye for content and branding, with confidence in filming or being hands-on with social content
  • Great communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience designing with Canva
  • Previous experience/willingness to learn with platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Business Suite
