This role involves leading a team of Senior Beauty Advisors in a dynamic setting to deliver exceptional client experiences. As a key member, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales, coaching team members, and fostering open communication.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for motivating, guiding, and helping team members achieve success. They should be hands-on leaders who enjoy working on the sales floor to drive results.

We seek a leader who can provide 5 full days of availability during key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of Senior Beauty Advisors
  • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing store operations
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve sales goals
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

In this role, you will have opportunities to learn from our online platform and field trainers. You will also be part of a collaborative team that values diversity and discovery.
