Job Title:

A field technician with expertise in equipment repair and maintenance is required to provide technical support on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification, preferably in mobile plant technology or a related discipline.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as scheduled to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns to relevant personnel.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in mobile plant technology or equivalent discipline (diesel mechanic).
  • Earthmoving equipment experience highly regarded.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service etiquette.
