Overview:
As a Service Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational efficiency in our service teams.
Our Service Managers lead by example, setting the standard for open communication, active problem solving, and a positive work environment. You will build a team of top talent and mentor the next generation of leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
