Job Overview

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
Desirable Skills:
  • Certificate in Customer Services or Call Centre Communications.
  • Knowledge of social or community service environments.
