Customer Service and Grooming Team Lead Position

The Customer Service and Grooming Team Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. This position contributes significantly to meeting sales targets across all business lines and collaborates closely with other team members and support areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Customer Service and Grooming Teams, ensuring outstanding customer service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the teams to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Review and respond to customer feedback and manage escalated complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Manage daily operations of customer service, including registrations, bookings, payments, and queries efficiently.
  • Oversee the Grooming team and associated bookings, payments, and team targets.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in customer service with a passion for working with animals, people, and data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven ability to implement and optimize customer service processes, driving KPIs and promoting excellence.
  • Proficient in customer software and Microsoft Office suite, with the capacity to quickly learn new programs.
  • Alignment with our values and a genuine love for animals.
  • A valid Driver's License and Police Clearance will be required.
