Holistic Care Specialist

- A compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse is required to join our care team at Regis Port Macquarie.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized holistic care to residents, including managing care plans, administering medications, and documenting progress notes.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that promote resident autonomy and choice.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings.
- An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management.
