  • Ensure accurate documentation and medication management practices.
What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care, coupled with strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority
  • Able to quickly adapt to our systems and processes, with a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Experience in aged care or similar settings, with a focus on delivering person-centered care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
