Responsibilities- Deliver holistic care that addresses the complex needs of our residents, fostering strong relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that support residents' goals, preferences, and values, ensuring their dignity and individuality are respected at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, progress notes, and other relevant information.
- A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, person-centered care that acknowledges the inherent value and worth of every individual.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent), demonstrating a solid foundation in nursing theory, practice, and leadership.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Nursing), indicating compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes, with prior experience in this area an asset.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality nursing services in aged care, hospital, or community care settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
