**About the Role**

The Student Experience Manager is a key member of the campus leadership team, working closely with colleagues to ensure an inclusive and safe campus culture. The role effectively contributes to overall leadership and management, focusing on student retention, experience, achievement, and satisfaction.

You will proactively promote the achievements of students and staff, building relationships to further promote the Institute's programs within the wider professional community.

**The ideal candidate will have**:

  • Experience in Higher Education or a related creative discipline area
  • Management experience and/or equivalent qualifications
  • Team leadership skills
  • Demonstrated effective customer service and relationship skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Experience in project management
  • Well-developed administration and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Apps
