Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing trades, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

About the Role:

  • Engage, coordinate, and manage various trades
  • Communicate and negotiate with trades to track progress of projects
  • Liaise between insured parties and insurance companies
  • Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
  • Resolve disputes or issues as required
  • Ensure all work conforms to legislative and contractual OHS requirements
  • Ensure all relevant inspections, certificates, and documentation is signed off
  • Work closely with Estimators and On-Site Supervisors
  • Assist in organizing contracts, processing quotes, and updating variations
  • Conduct cost reporting
  • Support and assist the administration team when required

  • Demonstrate drive and energy
  • Show motivation and ability to think outside the box
  • Highlight examples of relationship building skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, and high computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
