Nurse - Patient Recovery Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Recovery unit at Norwest Private Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in the Recovery unit
- Maintain effective communication with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure ongoing patient care and staff safety
- Engage in a positive team culture and contribute to the hospital's commitment to quality and safety
Requirements
- Current Registration with AHPRA - Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Recovery nursing
- Commitment to quality patient care and compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
